Welcome! I’m a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) based in New Brighton, with advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy, ​Shockwave Therapy (AIRPWT®), the Graston Technique, and Cupping Therapy. With almost a decade of experience and a diverse background in continuing education, my goal is to offer treatments that are tailored specifically to you and your unique needs.

I specialize in treating migraines, headaches, TMJ disorders, and supporting individuals through pre and post-natal care—including C-section recovery. That said, my skill set is broad, and I’m here to help with whatever your body may need, whether it's pain relief, injury recovery, stress reduction, or general wellness.

I offer direct billing to most major insurance providers and keep my pricing competitive, because high-quality care should also be accessible. My practice is built on professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to helping you feel your best.
